Ziggurat 1981
In 2019 Codiceicona reproduced the Ziggurat lamp (1981) by Shigeaki Asahara. In full agreement wiyh the designer, in the same year, they marketed the lamp, respecting the original design and updating the light sources. The same components give life to Ziggurat Terra.

At a very young age in his hometown, Kunitachi, university city, Shigeaki Asahara was a pupil of Nakamoto Tatsuya who taught him painting. On the advice of the master, he moved to Turin, Italy, enrolling in the Accademia Albertina diBelle Arti. One of his paintings was selected at the ArteGiovane competition. He rarely attended the Institute, in facthe cultivated interest in car design and the automotiveworld.
